Jake Kamuonka – Director, CFO and CEO:
Mr. Kamuonka began working on this business concept in early 2003. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Kamuonka was a financial advisor for Americorp Securities where he provided customers with the highest level of stocks, options and future portfolio strategies. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Kamuonka served as a senior associate in the structured finance group of Moody’s Investors service where he used complex analytical tools to evaluate structured finance pools, asses their credit risk and default rate, and then assign a credit rating to each structured deal. From 2000 to 2003, he was an investment banker with the Technology M&A group of Banc of America Securities where he planned and executed mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets or stocks, mergers of equals, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, joint ventures, and many other various M&A transactions. Mr. Kamuonka has developed M&A expertise in the software and internet industries. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Kamuonka served as a controller and VP of Operations for Hotbar.com where he managed the entire finance and operations departments. He explored and developed an exit strategy for existing investors. The company was sold to another Internet company for an undisclosed amount. Mr. Kamuonka has been a consultant to many Internet and technology companies. Mr. Kamuonka is an honor graduate from the New York University Stern School of Business where he earned his MBA in finance and accounting.

Alexey Davydov – Co-CTO
Mr. Davydov joined Quikzilla in 2004 with seven years of experience in senior technology and internet roles. As an expert web programmer in internet technology with a focus on game development, Mr. Davydov is recognized internationally as an expert game developer and top-notch web developer and programmer. Alexey's role of Co-Chief Technology Officer includes advising QuikZilla.com management on all aspects of technology infrastructure and development, and supervision of all QuikZilla.com game developers and designers. He is particularly knowledgeable on the efficient alignment of game development technology with high trafficked websites servers. He has worked in all major industry sectors on strategic initiatives to deliver business advantage from game and website technology. An experienced senior Executive with strong skills in strategic, tactical, and management aspects of technology, and services provision, he has been the main force behind all QuikZilla.com game websites, technologies, and strategies.

Sergey Cozub – Co-CTO
Mr. Cozub is the driving force behind QuikZilla.com technology, vision, products, market direction, and commitment to open source development mastery. Mr. Cozub has six years of experience with client/server and Web-based decision support and business intelligence solutions. He is an expert PHP and Java programmer, and has developed some of the most complicated and sophisticated web technologies and programs. He has been instrumental in the development of QuikZilla.com main website from the ground up, and has been supervising our PHP and Java programmers to innovate and push the envelop in creativity and complexity. In addition to his responsibilities as the Co-Chief Technology Officer for QuikZilla.com, Sergey spends considerable time with key partners and management to leverage the company's architecture, sharing QuikZilla.com's technology direction and technology platform messages.

Dmitriy Lukhanin – VP of Design
Mr. Lukhanin has joined Jake Kamuonka to develop the QuikZilla.com networks of websites from day one. He is the force behind all the design work for all QuikZilla.com websites. As a talented website designer Mr. Lukhanin is the architect and master designer of our vision and out-of-the-box design philosophy. He oversees QuikZilla.com design efforts and design implementations as well as our "SEO Design" concept, which is basically the smart design of search engine friendly websites. With a strong vision for the future of intelligent design, Mr. Lukhanin use design to narrow the gap between artists and their audiences, and to provide the public with new and enjoyable web experience. Mr. Lukhanin has helped shape QuikZilla.com's design strategy as an edgy and adventures website designer.
