Mission Statement:

Our mission is to imagine, to innovate, to change, to improve, to overwhelm, to push the boundaries of the impossible, to challenge, to help Internet users play, learn, communicate, download, and shop online with ease and efficiency, to help businesses advertise their products and services in unique and amazing ways so they may maximize their return on investment and increase exposure to their brands.

Mission Statement Implementation:

Before we explain our implementation (or execution) strategy, we would like to recommend a good book for this subject. This book would give you a good grasp of understanding execution. The name of the book is Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done. The authors of the books are Larry Bossidy, a former chairman and CEO of Honeywell International & Ram Charan, a legendary advisor to senior executives and boards of director. The essence of the book is to search and find the answer to the following question, which we think is crucial to the success of any organization, how can a leader of an organization exhort their people to deliver on the most important goals?

Since we talk about CHANGE, we owe the reader of these words an explanation and we feel that the following excerpt from the book is appropriate:

“Everybody talks about change. In recent years, a small industry of changemeisters has preach revolution, reinvention, quantum change, breakthrough thinking, audacious goals, learning organizations, ad the like. We’re not necessarily debunking this stuff. But unless you translate big thoughts in to concrete steps for action, they’re pointless. Without execution, the breakthrough thinking breaks down, learning adds no value, people don’t meet their stretch goals, and the revolution stops dead in its tracks. What you get is change for the worse, because failure drains the energy from your organization. Repeated failure destroys it.”

So how have we, the QuikZilla Team, planned our business to avoid failure?

The heart of the working of QuikZilla is master the individual processes that link our business together. We were able to seamlessly connect people to strategy, and then connect both to operations. The vision of our management flows smoothly through the ranks all the way to the individual programmers. The execution of our business plan is on its way, and everybody on the team has good understanding of what it takes to reach the new level.

In all our effort we also push the concept of “Thinking out of the Box” – it isn’t simply a theoretical concept, it isn’t simply a high in the sky dream. It is a concept that we were able to implement and execute as an integral part of our corporate strategy.
